Hire of the Premises
We have 6 different halls and meeting rooms available for the community to hire. They cater for a broad spectrum of requirements as they are all very different in size and facilities. Four are in the main Church Building, that fronts on to Loughton High Road, and two are in the Wesley Hall Complex, to the rear.

In the main Church building:
The Worship Area - Large Hall
Size app. 9.1 x 19.7m; capacity 220 seated; 280 standing
Fully accessible; beautiful vaulted ceiling with pyramidal rooflights; dais at one end, staging available; lighting and sound; data projection screen; can be linked through to The Church Hall; full height sound proof screen can divide hall into 2 areas’ located off large welcome area café complete with kitchenette and serving hatch.
The Church Hall – Small Hall
Size app. 9.4m x 7.7m; capacity 40 seated; 60 standing
Fully accessible; fully fitted kitchen & serving hatch; can be linked through to main church worship area. Opens on to garden.
The Rank Room – Medium Sized Hall
Size app. 11m x 5.3m; capacity 60 seated; 80 standing
Limited accessibility – first floor, no lift.
The Tower Room – Meeting Room
Size app. 3.7m x 3.7m; capacity 12 seated
Limited accessibility – first floor, no lift; octagonal design with views up and down the High Road; vaulted ceiling.
In the Wesley Hall Complex:
Wesley Hall – Large Hall
Size app. 15.2m x 10.2m; capacity 150 seated; 180 standing
Fully accessible; proscenium arch stage (app. 4.5m x 7m) with lighting and sound; possible use of Epworth Room as a Green Room; kitchenette & serving hatch; marked badminton court; piano.
